Eligio Sgaramella

VP, Digital Manager

Coming straight from the heel of the boot in Italy, Eligio Sgaramella speaks several languages, but he is most fluent in digital. Eligio is at the helm of digital design at Iperdesign—the digital arm of REALITYRx communication.

Before helping to establish the Philadelphia office of REALITYRx, Eligio studied in Rome and got his degree in advertising and graphic communications at the European Institute of Design. Soon after graduating, Eligio got his first job at a global agency in Rome, where he helped build many brands, including Nissan, Globalstar, and others.

Eligio works closely with REALITYRx clients to develop digital strategy, UX, and tools across all platforms, including web, mobile, and social; mobile apps, and e-Details solutions.

Working with developers here and overseas, Eligio has created more than 75 custom-designed and developed apps, nearly 100 websites, and numerous proprietary software solutions for clients.

Eligio lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys coaching soccer for his daughter’s and son’s teams and loves taking charge in the kitchen—where he is famous for creating the best pasta with zucchini and ricotta salata you’ll ever taste.
